Delivery
Petit aims to provide the best customer service.
For our deliveries we use Australia Post. Postage charges vary according to the destination and the size and weight of the parcel. The total postage cost will be presented to you at checkout. Total cost includes postage and packaging of ordered products.
Up to 500 grms - $ 6.50
Up to 1kg - $ 8.50
Up to 2kgs - $10.50
If you prefer for your order to be sent by Express Post please email us at info@petit.com.au for postage rates.
International Orders
Peti delivers world-wide using Australia Post Air Mail for a flat rate of A$15.00.
The order will be sent once payment has been received. Delivery should take about two weeks. Please note that some countries apply taxes and duties on parcels. All extra charges are the responsibility of the recipient and all such extra charges that are not within our control.
Returns/Exchanges
In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged during transit, please contact Petit within 7 days of receipt.. Petit will not accept any returns or exchanges if you have just mereley changed your mind or do not like the product (scent, feel). Once the product has been opened it can not be returned due to hygienic purposes.
